James Armstrong is a globally recognized transportation and logistics executive, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of Emerging Business at SeaCube Cold Solutions, where he is responsible for the scale-up of the company’s portable cold storage business. These services are designed to meet the needs of end-users in diverse sectors, including grocery stores, food & beverage, restaurants, and more.
Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a proven track record of success in delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and business growth, launching start-up ventures, and driving organizational performance. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most renowned logistics companies, including Maersk, Yusen, TOTE, and Hub Group.
Mr. Bourne joined SeaCube in 2021 bringing over 20 years of industry experience with sales and leasing in North America. Prior to joining SeaCube, he led the container sales and leasing group at ConGlobal Industries. With previous experience in negotiating rates with leasing companies and shipping lines for depot services across U.S. locations. Mr. Bourne has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
Shawn Borth is a seasoned National Accounts Director with decades of experience in the equipment and storage container rental industry. He leads strategic partnerships with major national clients across retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and industrial sectors – delivering operational excellence and sustained revenue growth. With a strong background in contract negotiation, territory development, and large-scale account management, Shawn is known for his ability to align customer needs with tailored rental solutions, driving long-term value and trusted relationships across North America.
Nathan Balettie joined SeaCube in 2025 as Senior Manager, Operations. In this role, he supports the launch of the company’s portable cold storage business, driving operational excellence, process optimization, and supporting customers’ needs in the cold chain.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Balettie held various roles in the cold chain at Lineage, in areas such as Operations, Sales and System Implementations.
Nicole Boclair joined SeaCube Cold Solutions as Senior Product Development Manager in 2025. Ms. Boclair is responsible for project management, operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement across all aspects of cold chain logistics. Ms. Boclair’s background is in industrial engineering and process improvement. Prior to joining SeaCube Cold Solutions, Ms. Boclair spent 5 years as a project manager in the warehouse, 3rd party logistics space. Ms. Boclair obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Industrial Engineering. In 2024, she earned her Black Belt and PMP.
